Membership
Membership currently costs 10.00. Full membership allows individuals to attend all Luton Light events and activities, full voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, priority booking for Luton Light shows, regular newsletters and updates, as well as allowing participation in Luton Light productions. The names of all members will be displayed in each and every programme.
Membership is due for renewal at each and every Annual General Meeting. A member will not be entitled to vote unless they have paid their membership fee prior to the election of the Committee or consideration of any amendment to the Constitution.
Members' Reception
Luton Light will also be holding a Members' Reception, which will take place at The Grove Theatre during the run of Singin' In The Rain. Members will have the opportunity to meet the cast and discuss the performance over a glass or two of wine. The Reception is open to all members. Productions and Show Fees
Luton Light stages two or three productions a year. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons throughout the year.
Each show is cast following open auditions. Although, it is not necessary to hold full membership prior to auditioning, individuals must hold full membership before the rehearsal period begins. In addition, all performers in each production must pay a 'show fee' of 25.00.
